成型螺絲頭部與胚體，決定尺寸精度與材料流線，是整條製程的基礎。Form the head and blank, setting the dimensional accuracy and grain flow that the rest of the process depends on.
以滾壓方式成型螺紋，牙型完整、纖維連續，強度與耐用度優於切削加工。Roll-form the thread rather than cutting it — continuous grain, full thread profile, and higher strength and durability.
非接觸式量測牙型、角度與尺寸輪廓，提供可追溯的檢測數據。Non-contact measurement of thread profile, angles and dimensional outline, producing traceable inspection records.
模擬實際鎖付條件測試攻入性能，確認產品出貨前的功能表現。Simulates real driving conditions to verify tapping performance before shipment.
每一批料從進廠到出貨，都必須通過四道獨立的檢驗關卡。任何一關不合格，整批退回重來。 Every lot passes four independent inspection gates between intake and shipment. Fail any one of them and the whole lot goes back.
線材進廠即檢，材質與規格不符者整批退回，不進入生產線。Wire is checked on arrival; anything off-material or off-spec is returned as a full lot and never reaches the line.
打頭後、搓牙後各設一道檢驗，問題在當站攔下，不往下流。A checkpoint after heading and again after thread rolling, so a problem is caught at the station that caused it.
熱處理、二次加工、電鍍等廠外作業回廠後，一律重新檢驗才可包裝。Heat treatment, secondary processing and plating are re-inspected on return before anything is packed.
以攻速機模擬實際鎖付條件，確認攻入性能符合需求才出貨。Driving performance is verified on a tapping tester under real fastening conditions before release.
每一批次的檢驗紀錄與加工履歷可回溯，出問題找得到源頭。Inspection records and processing history are retained per lot, so any issue can be traced to its source.
不挑揀、不放行，寧可重做也不讓有疑慮的產品流到客戶端。No sorting, no waivers. We would rather remake a lot than let a doubtful part reach a customer.
把檢驗當成製程的一部分，而不是出貨前的最後一道補救。Inspection is treated as part of production, not as a last-minute rescue before shipping.
建軒的品管流程依 ISO 品質管理精神建置，目前正在申請 ISO 認證；在取得認證之前，我們以上述四道檢驗關卡與全製程追溯作為對客戶的品質保證。 Our quality system is built on ISO quality-management principles and ISO certification is currently in progress. Until it is granted, the four inspection gates and full lot traceability above are our commitment to customers.
